In this week's workshop, artist Vanessa Villarreal will instruct students how to create a slab-rolled planter or container and embellish it with their own personal narrative. Come create something beautiful and functional! Decorative techniques demonstrated will include the use of underglazes and oxides to adorn and illustrate, appliqué's, texturing, etc.Price includes 2.5 hours of instruction, all materials, tools, and the glazing and firing by our technicians. Projects will be ready for pick up in approximately 3 weeks (participants will be notified via email). This workshop is open to clients 16 years and older, and previous experience with clay is not necessary but it is highly recommended for this unique project.Dans l'atelier de cette semaine, l'artiste Vanessa Villarreal expliquera aux étudiants comment créer un pot de plante ou un contenant et l'embellir avec leur propre récit personnel.
